Reigniting Post-Covid19 Employee Engagement
Bruce Berlin has led Life Plan Communities as an Executive Director for over 25 years after spending 10 years in the hotel industry, and is current the President and Chief Experience Officer at Prioriteams, a leadership training and development company. During his career he developed strong employee and resident cultures which have resulted in high levels employee engagement, resident satisfaction and profitability. Under his leadership, Indian River Estates in Florida was one of first Life Plan Communities in the world to received Gold Level Montessori-Inspired Lifestyle credentialling and The Garlands of Barrington in Illinois received the ICAA’s Innovator Award & NuStep’s Pinnacle Award for their wellness program. Bruce has spoken on leadership, organizational development & quality improvement as a keynote and educational session speaker for the last 20 years at many LeadingAge national and state conferences and the Association for Healthcare Foodservice national conferences. Bruce is a member of LeadingAge Florida, the National Speakers Association, the Society for Human Resources Management, and is the Chair of LeadingAge Florida’s Education Committee. Bruce is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Certified Dementia Practitioner, the Chair of LeadingAge Florida’s Education Committee, and a member of the National Speaker Association and Society for Human Resources Management.
