LeadingAge Indiana conferences and educational programs provide exciting forums for the exchange of practical knowledge and new strategies related to the provision of services to older adults.
Who's the Audience?
Leaders from across the continuum of aging services attend the LeadingAge Indiana conferences. Education sessions are geared toward leadership, administrators, directors of nursing, finance, social work, rehabilitation, human resources, recreation and activities, adult day health care, dietary, admissions and more. Key staff of skilled nursing facilities, affordable senior housing, continuing care retirement communities/life plan communities, home health, assisted living and hospice and palliative care providers, attend the annual events.

Selection Process
Sessions are intended to educate/support learning and therefore should not sell, promote, or pitch any specific product or service. We welcome and encourage a variety of formats to meet attendees' needs, such as traditional instruction, case studies, and panel discussions (panels with LeadingAge IN provider members are encouraged).
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Applicability to service providers across the continuum of care
- Overall quality of content and education method
- Timeliness and relevance of subject matter
- Interactivity of the session
- Qualifications, expertise, and experience level of the speaker(s) or panel
Proposals are due by June 29th. Early submission is encouraged.
