By attending the LeadingAge Indiana Conference and Trade Show, each attendee is agreeing to abide by and engage in certain health-and-safety conduct while at the conference. By attending, each individual is agreeing to follow the guidelines and recommendations of LeadingAge Indiana, the Indiana Convention Center, the Conrad Indianapolis, and any local/state/federal guidelines to contribute to a safe event. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting temperature and symptom checklists, wearing a mask at all times in public areas, engaging in appropriate physical distancing and not attending the event if you are ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19.

LeadingAge Indiana reserves the right to allocate space in such a manner as to produce a balanced show in order to enhance its appeal to attendees. Booths will be assigned on the basis of availability of space in the order received. All exhibits must be set up during the allotted time. No exhibitors may set up or take down their booths during the official show hours. Upon the request of show management, exhibitors may be required to rearrange or limit their displays if equipment, tables, etc., cause congestion in the aisles, interfere with other exhibits, or block aisles. Show management reserves the right to restrict the operation of or evict completely any exhibit. Exhibitors may not assign, sublet or apportion to others the whole or any part of the space allotted to them without the permission of show managers, and may not advertise or display goods or services other than those manufactured or sold by them in the regular course of doing business. In the event of a postponement or virtual conference, your deposit/payment will be applied to exhibit space for the rescheduled or virtual dates.
No refunds or cancellations after April 23, 2021 (or two weeks prior to rescheduled conference dates). A $100 administration fee will be charged with the balance returned.
