LeadingAge Indiana is an association representing not-for-profit services and providers for the elderly. Members are non-profit organizations. This is where your business can provide a 150 word description to create awareness of your products or services. LeadingAge Indiana members represent the continuum of long term care, services and housing for seniors in Indiana. Membership is comprised of four major components: Life Plan Communities/Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs), Senior Housing, Nursing Facilities, Hospitals. In addition, many members provide a range of community-based services, such as home health, adult day care, and congregate and home-delivered meals. Our national partner, LeadingAge, is an association of 6,000 not for profit organizations dedicated to expanding the world of possibilities for aging. Together, we advance policies, promote practices and conduct research that supports, enables and empowers people to live fully as they age.
Member of LeadingAge Indiana
LeadingAge Indiana members are driven by a mission of service within their communities. Our goal is to promote and protect the welfare and well-being of the elderly served by our members and to help achieve high standards of care and service by our members. As a full service association, we provide members with education, group services, up-to-date information, networking, and leadership development, as well as prompt, efficient service for the professional staff.
It is LeadingAge Indiana's vision to be the association of choice for human services organizations which provide services to persons in need, with a particular focus on the elderly. LeadingAge Indiana assists members to provide the highest quality of life for those they serve.
Advocating on behalf of our members is one of LeadingAge Indiana's most important membership advantages.
Whether you are just beginning to maneuver in the advocacy arena or a seasoned veteran, your involvement in grassroots advocacy is important to the overall success of our mission to bring increased awareness and understanding of our needs to Indiana's policy makers.
